VOB audio

Postby Slowmac » Sat Dec 13, 2008 12:36 pm

I use MTR to rip all of my DVDs to VOB main title only. The problem is it rips and adds all of the audio tracks to the VOB file. How do I rip a DVD to VOB format and only copy the english audio track? Also can I strip out the unwanted audio tracks from the VOB files I have already created?

Wow that looks like an old post. I used to rip with OSeX back in the day. Is that application still being developed?

Can you rip a main title with just the english audio track? In the past I have ripped the different streams and joined the audio and video tracks I wanted. This always ends up with a file with audio / video syncing problems. That and it's a lot of work just to get rid of the audio tracks you don't want.

Could we please add the feature to choose what audio track we want when ripping a main title only to a VOB file?

What is wrong with using Title - Chapter Extraction Demux then deselect unwanted audio?
